After changing my rather active lifestyle to full-time office job, I needed something to avoid backpain from sitting work. Two RowFit sessions per week are perfect for me. RowFit classes with Clarence shining personality even gave me encouragement to get over my lazyness and pick up some other activities as well.
In my first class I thought after the warm-up - “OMG, where did I come to.. this is going to be sooo intense!” But now I know that it is exactly as intense as I choose it to be. Every time during stretching I feel - “Wow, was it really 45 minutes already?” The intervals with rowing + exercises make the time fly, but every second is very well spent.
A friendly warning - these classes are a bit addictive and will always bring a smile on your face. Even if I go there feeling stressed, I always leave the rowing club in a good mood.
Clarence is a super energetic person. As a coach, she is very knowledgeable and really cares about your goals and health. I have some old injuries and she has made suggestions for modifications. She also gives suggestions about modifications according to your fitness level throughout the class. It is not about doing everything the best way, it is doing everything the way it is best for YOU. But what I value the most, is her ability to make people smile.
Monthly subscriptions are not good for me as I travel often, so the pay-as-you-go method is best for me.
I enjoy RowFit because it provides an excellent full body, fun and dynamic workout that can be completed in as little as 45 minutes. The alternation between rowing and body weight exercises makes this workout more exciting than traditional high intensity interval workouts I have done before. Additionally, I have noticed a faster post-workout recovery whilst achieving the same effects. Following two classes per week over the last two months I have noticed considerable effects including fat loss, increased stamina and increased physical strength. The most enjoyable benefit has been the strengthening of my core muscles, which has helped me cope with long days in the office sitting on uncomfortable chairs. I highly recommend RowFit to all skill levels, you will not regret it.

I usually prefer to exercise outdoors, but Row-Fit has changed that. I love the venue where you look over the lake as you work out, and I’ve never done a 45-minute class which reaches every muscle in body. On top of that I’ve learned great rowing technique and there’s a great vibe in the room.
Clarence’s is no ordinary fitness instructor: while her confidence-building energy gets you out of your comfort zone (whatever your level), her enthusiastic approach is towards overall fitness, strength and well-being. She’s a great communicator in French, English and Spanish and has a hugely comprehensive education in sport and health.
Rowfit is easy to add to your routine! I know that I can get in a full body workout in 45 minutes and I leave feeling good for days. It's great how you can make the class as challenging as you need and Clarence's energy makes the difficult exercises fly by.
Where else can you combine increasing your cardio, strength and flexibility, while at the same time learning a new technical skill and having fun? RowFit is a very effective combination of all these things and a great complement to the practice of other sports.
